If you are not satisfied with our products and services and are still having balance on your account, your request for a refund will be honored, no questions asked. You can request by contact our support team.
Should you open a dispute, instead of asking for a refund, we will keep 50% of the disputed amount while we gather evidence for our submission of the refund.
Misplaced or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.
No refund money from orders.!
Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to termination of your account. There are no exceptions.
